We’re Moving! As we prepare to commemorate America 250, we are relocating into an office that will enable us to better serve you. Starting this December, we will work out of the American Psychological Association building at 750 First Street NE, which is right across the street from Union Station and less than a twenty-minute walk from the Capitol steps.
Drawing inspiration from Sakura, the Japanese embodiment of cherry trees and their delicate pink blooms, this enchanting necklace captures the essence of spring. Originating in Asia, cherry blossoms hold special significance, particularly in Washington, DC, where they symbolize the arrival of spring, thanks to a generous gift of 3,000 cherry trees from Tokyo's mayor, Yukio Ozaki, to America's capital in 1912.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, this necklace features a gold finish over pewter, adorned with intricately designed enamel cherry blossoms, and delicately accented with a lustrous freshwater pearl. Embrace the beauty and symbolism of cherry blossoms with this exquisite piece, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any ensemble.
